Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Translate strategic direction into visually compelling designs that align with established brand identity and ensure high quality.
- Develop concepts manually or with software, and produce original content that optimally utilizes color, text, font style, imagery, and layout.
- Manage the design and upload process for all project materials, adhering to content management system best practices.
- Incorporate trend intelligence and market knowledge when designing and executing specific categories of work.
Objectives of the role
- Create well-designed and tested code using best practices for web development, including for responsive design and mobile display.
- Develop websites and interfaces using standard HTML/CSS techniques, and integrate data from back-end databases and services.
- Establish and manage workflows for teams, ensuring equitable workload distribution and transparency in project management.
- Develop and validate testing schedules that account for all browsers and devices, ensuring that web content is accessible on any computer.
- Stay current on industry trends and technologies, maintaining up-to-date knowledge.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain operational systems, tools, and processes, and participate in tactical and strategic development projects.
- Ensure software stability via regression, support quality assurance, and perform unit and user-acceptance testing to identify bugs.
- Make small edits requested by customers, develop plans for completing larger projects, and suggest solutions to improve existing websites.
- Perform UI design and coding and create reusable objects and wireframes for web pages and email templates.
- Conduct file backups regularly to local directories.
